Cost of the course: The standard price is £4950,
You will receive
12 full weekends (or 24 days) of classroom training
Test marker vials from Epigenetics worth £100
Access to your tutor for support between the class training
Final multiple choice exam and Final Assessment by independent Assessor
2 x half hour tutorials one-to-one on the phone
270 page comprehensive colour manual and additional colour book of additional information
Water and refreshments throughout the training weekends
Professional Associate level membership of the Kinesiology Association for 12 months
Regular newsletters/updates including access to seminars and webinars
From module 6 access to the closed Professional member Facebook group including access to seminars and Webinars
Payment Options: there are three payment options for choice and flexibility:
Early bird: £4600 - Save £350 if full payment by (date tbc) - includes a booking deposit of £750
Standard price: £4950 – Includes a booking deposit of £750
Instalments: £4950 - a booking deposit of £750 followed by £420 x 10 payable on levels 1 – 10
Terms of Payment: The costs of the courses are set by the Kinesiology Association (KA) and is the same for all KA courses that are run in the UK.
Booking deposits, are non-transferable & non-refundable. Once enrolled we cannot return the booking deposit for any reason other than cancellation of the course by the School of Integral Health.
The full course fee is non-refundable less than 2 weeks before the course begins, for any reason other than the cancellation of the course by us, whether payments are made in full for an early bird fee or by installment.
All course fees are non-transferable.
In the event that you cannot attend a particular day, fees are still payable. As complete attendance is required for certification, this day must be made up as a one-to-one session with the tutor before the following course date, for an additional charge of £250 per day. In exceptional circumstances, if a parallel course is being run by the School of Integral Health, there may be an option, at the discretion of the instructor, to swap the day over.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Bank transfers to be made to Mrs Angiras Auro, Sort Code: 40-47-77 Account Number: 30506419. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs Angiras Auro.
Policy if the Tutor asks a Student to leave the course:
Should the Tutor feel that the Student is struggling with the course material, every effort will be made to encourage them to succeed. However, if it is felt that there is a disruption to the overall group, they may ask the student to leave with a CPD certificate only for the content covered. No refunds will be made.
Personal Responsibility: During the Kinesiology workshops you will be engaged in practice sessions with other students. Please be mindful and respectful of each other’s personal space and journey. This practical work can sometimes bring issues to the surface for you, and others. You will have an opportunity to work through these, however if you uncover deeper issues that require further work, you may wish to follow up post training with a practitioner in one to one sessions. Please maintain the confidentiality and dignity of everyone on the course. If you have been diagnosed with a mental illness, please ensure you have taken advice from your medical professional in regards to attending this training.
If you have any allergies or medical conditions that need special consideration please let us know and we will work with you to ensure that all reasonable adjustments are met.
Covid-19: in light of the current situation with Covid-19, you are requested not to attend a training session if you have any symptoms or are classified as requiring to quarantine for whatever reason. Given the changing nature of the situation, the venue and the course setting will be compliant with relevant government guidelines on the day of the course. Due to the restrictions placed on everyone at this current time, we will endeavor to make any reasonable adjustments to individual circumstances that arise from Covid-19.
Marketing and GDPR: During training, photos and videos may be taken to be used in marketing or promotional purposes. In line with GDPR guidelines your written consent is required for these to be used. If you agree for photos and videos to be used, please be assured that we will confirm individual photos or video clips with you before use.
You will be sent these terms and conditions by email to sign and return along with a more detailed booking form.
