Hello!

about pic 2.jpg

My name is Angiras Auro. My aim as a healer is to enable you, the client, to heal yourself through an understanding of your body: physically, nutritionally and emotionally. I simply facilitate the healing.

My interest in healing began when I was very young. Throughout my teens I trained in massage, polarity therapy and took my Reiki Level 1 at sixteen.

I firmly believe in the consciousness of our cells and discovered in Kinesiology a simple way of accessing information contained in the body, right down to the cells. Our journey is an adventure of consciousness and developing our awareness of ourselves.

After discovering the benefits of Kinesiology in 2001, I embarked on training and qualified as a practitioner in 2004. I am continuously adding to my skills and I usually attend two to three Continuing Professional Development courses a year. As well as being registered with the Association of Systematic Kinesiology, I am also a Reiki practitioner, registered with the UK Reiki Federation.

Your Journey to Integral Health Begins Here…

In 2018 I qualified as a Kinesiology Instructor and have currently held a few workshops and introductory training days. Check out the School of Integral Health for details of upcoming courses, events and workshops.

I live in Stotfold with my husband and two teenage daughters and my life has a distinctly international theme to it. Born to a British mother and a Dutch father I had an interesting and experimental upbringing in Auroville. Auroville is an international township dedicated to Human Unity, in South India, where I go back to visit at least every two years and I am on the committee for Auroville International UK, a charity dedicated to providing information and support on and to Auroville. My family is filled with representatives from the UK, Holland, India, France, Canada, Sweden, Zimbabwe, Pakistan and Guam. I am fortunate that my step-father is sailing slowly around the world on a catamaran and we fly out to visit him whenever possible to see and experience new places.
